LUF Knowledge Network
The Land-use Framework identified the need for a network of subject matter experts from a variety of disciplines within academia, industry, municipalities, government and other organizations to collectively share their knowledge in order to begin to solve some of the more complex resource management problems facing Albertans today.
In response to this need, the Alberta Land-use Knowledge Network was launched in June 2011. The network connects researchers, scientists, policy-makers, planners, practitioners and organizations to leading-edge land-use ideas, information and expertise to support their land-use planning, practices and decision-making.
